There are seven different career paths to choose from to suit to your life plan, and applicants can discuss them with us during the selection process.

Job Vacancies

We're looking for regular employees who will work hard in our restaurants!

General career track employees, limited area employees, customer service staff, kitchen staff, employees with short working hours, employees who only work on certain days of the week, employees who only work on certain dates

Applicants can choose from seven different working styles, to suit their preference. Please feel free to ask about it in the interview.

Entry Requirements

The following are the requirements for general career track employees. The details for the other working styles will be decided in the interview.

Work Location Directly managed restaurants across Japan (Main restaurant locations: Tokyo Metropolis, Kanagawa Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, Yamanashi Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, Kyoto Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, Nara Prefecture, Sapporo City, etc.)

Limited Area Employees" will be assigned to a workplace they can commute to from home.

Working Hours Shift-based: 9:00 to 23:30 Actual working hours: 8 hours / no late-night shift
Main Responsibilities After joining the company, you will start with 5 days of training at the headquarters, will learn about customer service and food, and will be given restaurant training. Then, you will receive kitchen training and will aim to pass a certification test you will take on the 45th day after you joined the company. While you are spending one or two years gaining experience and moving up the ranks from chief to restaurant manager, we expect you to learn about sales management, staff development, and general management related to running a restaurant, and to play an active role in a wide range of situations. In Japan, you will have access to career paths that lead to joining the headquarters staff, for example as a supervisor who manages several locations, or as a trainer in the Educational Division. You will also be able to work overseas, and be involved in launching new locations abroad. Another path you can choose is to use our independent support system to become an owner-manager.

You can limit your job responsibilities. For example, customer service staff can focus on just serving customers, and kitchen staff on just preparing food.

Salary 【General Career Track】
Basic salary 200,000 yen + Sales allowance 43,166 yen (including fixed 30-hour overtime payment)
Housing allowance 10,000 yen (for people who live in a rented apartment and pay the rent themselves [excluding people who live in company housing])
【Limited Area Employees, Customer Service Staff, Kitchen Staff】
Basic salary 180,000 yen + Sales allowance 38,849 yen (including fixed 30-hour overtime payment)
Housing allowance 10,000 yen (for people who live in a rented apartment and pay the rent themselves [excluding people who live in company housing])
